Facilities

As of the Spring of 2003, Extrudex has under roof 90,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space in Painsville, Ohio.

With twenty extruders, secondary down line equipment, and highly experienced staff of extrusion craftspeople, we can take you from plan to product with high levels of creativity, quality and satisfaction. Our facility is well equipped with a variety of equipment to assist the manufcture and fabrication of any plastic profile our customers might require.

CASE STUDIES

Case Study #1

Conventional injection molding of yard sign poles became too costly for the manufacturer. Extrudex recommended design changes that allowed the product to be extruded.

Yard sign poles maintained full structural integrity while unit cost was reduced by almost 50%.

Case Study #2

For this squeegee manufacturer, design objectives required a flexible yet durable material. Additionally, optimal product performance required an unusually complicated extrusion profile.

Extrudex developed a design that integrated two extrusions - each with a different material.
