Custom Plastic Profiles
We can quote pricing from customers' drawings and prints,
establish close tolerance requirements and special color compounds.
Our engineering staff will also make suggestions to produce the
profile more easily and less expensively.
Our engineers know what is required to produce quality profiles
and functional parts. Dual Durometers are our specialty.
Tubing
Extrudex has the capabilites to produce tubing, both flexible
and rigid, up to 8" in diameter and color specialities
as well as coiling up to 250' per roll with small tubing.
Hoses
Extrudex produces hose from .125" o.d. to 3" o.d. with various
wall thicknesses.
- Flexible Hose - for vacuum tubes to gravity feed tubes
to pressure hoses.
- Rigid Hose - various finishes and color composite hoses,
polypropylenes, PVC, or polyethylene.
Gaskets
Extrudex produces flexible sheet or rigid sheet gaskets, which
requires secondary fabrications to specific applications.
Seals
Extrudex has produced seals for the window industry as well
as the garage door market.
Extrusions
We can produce dies for profiles up to 16" wide
as well as very close tolerances. Our turnaround period can
meet customers' requirements and close deadlines in a normal
fashion.
Rollers
We can manufacture rollers from 1" diameter
to 6" diameters, and up to 39" long.
Heat Welding
We have a full department dedicated to just
fabrication and heat welding of profiles to produce finished
parts when they arrive at our customers' production lines.
Butyl Tape
We produce and manufacture Butyl tape up to 2" wide
and as thick as .25" |
